Location was excellent in the old town and the staff helpful. Rooms clean and modern. The associated restaurant were also very helpful particularly at organising a cava (champagne) breakfast for our friends 50th birthday morning. Breakfast is coffee or tea, orange juice, toast and a croissant. -

Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that
was so relaxing. There was often music traveling up from somewhere on
the mountain and it made us really feel like we were in Europe. The
location is a bit out of San seb city but the bus stop is 100metres down

The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

Hotel Nicol's is a great hotel for a great price. It was very clean and the room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Superb value for money, a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach surrounded by mountains in a small bay. I was travelling with 2 small dogs and it's not always easy to find pet-friendly hotels but they were so accommodating and helpful. The staff were really very helpful. They sorted out my diet, helped us to book train tickets on line, helped to sort out the aftermath of a minor accident, were always very friendly...in short wonderful. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was good and comfortable, the breakfast was good- all in all very good value and highly recoemended.

I stayed in a triple room with two other friends. The room was lovely. It is one of the few places I've stayed where the picture of the room looks exactly how it is. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathroom was not a problem, there are three really nice bathrooms for only a handful of rooms. Susanna was very nice, welcoming, and flexible

Couldn't possibly get a better location, right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance to everything. Staff are really friendly and gave us such a warm welcome and farewell. This Pension was spotless and the staff was so friendly. The pension is on door step of some amazing food granted with this location there was some night street noise. Shared bathroom never an issue here as many bathrooms for bedrooms.

The location is excellent. Very close to the old town and all the bars and restaurants but far away enough you don't have sleepless nights from bar noise. The hostel is around the high end stores and it's a pleasure to stroll back to the place after doing the town. You can walk everywhere from it. A small balcony allows you to air the space.

The free parking and affordable rate led me to book here. The staff was friendly and helpful (and spoke good English), the breakfast was plentiful, and we could even leave our car in their parking lot after we checked out so we could explore the city some more. The room was clean and comfortable and the location wasn't an issue for us since we love to walk around cities-and this time we walked along the beach and it was beautiful.
