  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

  From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. Had a great 70th Birthday here, fabulous. - The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd thouroughly recommend.

  We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation! Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!
