  The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. It was a very quiet hotel, too, except for the fireworks show outside at midnight..........but it had nothing to do with the hotel! :) - very large room, great bathroom and amenities, exceded expectations

It was extrememly clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful to us as foreign travelers. When we asked for directions to the airport, the driver of their shuttle invited us to follow him, so we had a direct escort back to our rental car return.

I will book again this hotel to wait for my flights in the future. - The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

  Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

  The hotel is 5 minutes by car to the Madrid airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service. When you call the hotel on arrival, they promptly come to pick you up. We stayed here for just one night as we had to catch an early morning plane. This hotel was ideal for this purpose. The hotel rooms are very nice. The shuttle bus turned up as promised and returned us the short journey to Madrid Airport. A small fold away baby bed with lovely bedding was provided immediately. A brilliant place in what is a quaint, quiet little village, but literally 15 minutes to your terminal for flights. You are picked up in a mini bus, and dropped back in time for your flight. Efficient, clean, and well appointed. One of the few places we found that had a fridge. Considering how close you are to the airport it is very quiet. Having double glazing ensures a quiet location.

  This hotel is awesome if attending a show at Expo Centre. Room was large with great bathroom. Loved playing with the motorized window blind! Free internet if you ask for card, which was a real plus - I was visiting a trade fair that was 10 minutes in distance from the hotel
