I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

been upgraded to the royal service part of the hotel.Excellent hotel. Can not fault it. (My forth stay here this year) - Very good room in a great location. Food was good at the breakfastbuffet. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly.

Wyśmienita lokalizacja, sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy, blisko do plaży, polecamy niedalekie plaże papagaye jesli wieke na całej wyspie tam jest po prostu cisza. were relocated to a nearby hotel, given a complimentary breakfast and a
taxi to take us to the new hotel at no extra cost. The staff were

not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. In this case you will have the room on the main road, but seems not so loud. Very nice hotel staff, and good breakfast. Rooms are clean. - Quie

Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes
