  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miła, sympatyczna i fachowa obsługa. Możliwość palenia na tarasie. Możliwość regulowania ogrzewania pokoju. - A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. The overall standard is fully equal to 3*** or even a bit above. - Standard of room and reception area were excellent - appeared to be brand new (April 2008). Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

A++ hotel. - the staff is very very helpful and friendly and speak english. the rooms while small are comfortable. the shower is very nice. they have a free computer with internet onsite. other travelor's have left books and magazines to read. it is close to several metros and within walking distance to the museums. the price is reasonable and our room was quiet.
