  The apartment was great for a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). It was situated perfectly for shopping and eating. It was easy to find and communication with the staff was excellent as well. If you not use to city life, then this may not be for you.   Location of the hostel is the best possible in Barcelona. Couple of steps and you are in the center of Gothic quater, couple of stations in the tube and you are at the clean sea beach.   Absolutely everything!! The location is as good as it gets folks!! A leisurely 10 min walk to la barceloneta beach area and a meandering 5/10 mins into a cavernous shopping district with distinctive boutiques and wonderful historical monuments to feast one's eyes on. Would definately go again, - The flat was perfect for 3-4 people, the location was right the middle of all the popular places, next to barri gothic, beach, and la ramblas. The flat came with most of the utilities except for a kettle but they provide a saucepan anyway. Flat takes slightly longer to get warm, and comes with a balcony fog smokers. Quite perfect in my opinion.
