The staff are very helpful and genuinely keen to serve us. Walking distance to many touristic sights, cafes and restaurants. Heads up to the cleaning lady who cleans up the room everyday! Big plus. It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

The apartment is so well located in the santacruz area that you have made the best choice. The apartment facilities and the room facilities are modern and the wifi is also very fast. I must mention Mr juan very friendly and very helpful.The santacruz area in sevilla is rocking on weekends and the free flamenco show is just behind the hotel is authentic and fun. I lovd the apartment and felt two nights were short.

The breakfast buffet was 5 Euros and there was a different choice of coffee, cereal, yoghurt, bread, meat and cheese. The room was large and clean with high ceilings and the wifi signal was strong. A woman at the front desk was very helpful and voluntarily gave us a lot of information about the history of the city, what to do and what to see. She was great. The location was good, too. It's within walking distance to both Alcazar and Seville Cathedral.

Spacious apartment (no8) in the middle of Santa Cruz area, walking distance from all the major attractions. Christine made us welcome and provided us with a guide and map to her favourite tapas bars and restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to relax on a warm evening.
The apartment has a comfortable sitting/dining area with balcony windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equiped including a washing machine, radiant hob and microwave.

I chose this hotel as it seemed close to the train station and to the historic centre. It is about 15 mins walk from the station, but it's easy to find. A no 31 bus will take you from the train station, directly to the hotel. The hotel is self is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely bar just behind the church which is to the right of the hotel

This hostel was close to a major tourist shopping area, but not so close as to make it expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean although the bathroom was small compared to American standards. The air conditioning worked, which was very important for us since there were highs of 110 when we were there.
