The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. Absolutely fabulous - we loved everything about this hotel - perfect location - direct view of Alhambra from our windows- wonderful friendly & helpful staff, rooms superb. Will definitely go there again & recommend to all friends. Without doubt the best hotel of this trip. Excellent value for money. -

Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had.
We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts.
We'll go back again at this time of year.
The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.
