We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was amazing. Right in the city center in a really cool area, close to everything. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Очень уютный апартотель, со всем необходимым оборудованием для комфортного проживания. Отличное месторасположение, рядом море, прогулочная улица с множеством кафе и магазинов. Немного вдали от центра, но для нас это было не проблемой. Тем, кто любит много гулять, вам сюда. По красивой набережной вдоль моря и гуляющих барселонцев до Рамблы около часа пешком. Или можно взять велосипед и домчаться за 10-15 минут. Барселона осталась в нашем сердце и если вернуться то только в это отель.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location just a half block from La Rambla. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona.
The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.

The apartment was clean, kitchen, beds, bathroom, wifi, etc, were carefully maintained. Location is 5 minutes walking to both Sants train station and metro. The staffs were quite helpful when I requested for late check-out (from 11am to 12 noon).
