Very helpful staff, great location. Ultra-modern rooms were fun and comfortable.
A real 5 star hotel by all means. Very professional and friendly staff. The Concierge was someone to high lighten. Very experienced and supportive, managed a nearly impossible misssion to book a table in a top restaurant for dinner and made very good eating and shopping recommandations. Perfect located for sightseeing AND shopping.

The Room was very comfortable with excellent soundproofing. The roof pool and bar are an exellent resource and give a great view over the city.The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and attentive.
The 'open' shower kiosk in the room is a gimmick that serves no real purpose especially for those who do not have model physique. I had the privilege of being mugged on the Via Laietana a hundred yards from the hotel, the desk staff were totally indifferent to what happened, refusing to contact the police on our behalf. The only assistance given was offering directions to the nearest police station.
great rooms, relaxing roof terrace (although limited in size) delicious food inc breakfast and very reasonable lunch menu in gastrobar, comfortable bar area, very helpful and cheerful staff, interesting decor, great position for visiting all areas of the city and shops - would recommend!
Only one thing! When relaxing on the roof terrace which was very full due to great weather and 2 families with 4 young children jumping in small plunge pool and getting everyone and cameras, clothes soaking wet. Although staff asked parents to stop children they were ignored. Given this is the only outdoor space to relax perhaps a clear sign for parents to make sure the children behave appropriately and not ruin it for all other users?

This was a fabulous hotel. The people were very friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful and we had a lovely view. It was fairly close to major places of attraction and great shopping! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

very long check in process. we didn't get the room we booked and were downgraded in order to get twin beds. very small lounging area near the pool, only 10 sunbeds for 70 room hotel! too much air freshener in the halls and in the room, all of my clothes still smell of it. definitely not a 5 star hotel. wouldn't stay there again for that price.

Very unique upscale design on the interior but has the classical architectural facade on the exterior. The outside terrace & pool on the 8th floor is absolutely wonderful for its view & infinity pool! Great bar as well! Hotel location was great as well, close to the Catyluma Plaza and Las Ramblas
A bit pricey - did not eat in the restaurant since the evening hours do not open until 7:30p.m., the bar on the main level had excellent drinks, but also very pricey.
Beautiful soothing colors in room with a great design and excellent service. Monday evening singer at the bar was a wonderful surprise. Proximity to Plaza Catalunya was very helpful for all transportation.
All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful except for one person.
Loved the rooftop terrace with swimming pool and was blown away by the Cocktail Masterclass led by Giuseppe Santamaria and all the lovely cocktails that followed!

This hotel is a great place to stay in Barcelona. It was our second stay here. Staff professional, friendly & attentive. Hotel is in a great location for shopping, & Las Ramblas is close by (but not too close).
Our 'design' room was on the small side & the glass-walled shower was in the centre of the room. This wouldn't suit everyone.

We liked the design and the very attentive staff. The location is perfect for city sightseeing.
The entrance to the garage is not very practical because it is to stop on a main street with a lot of traffic. The light in the bathroom is to dark for make up. Very limited space to stop the car in front of the hotel for unloading or loading.
Superfriendly and helpful staff. Very nicely appointed rooms, great location. Delicious breakfast, and super tapas in the Gastro Bar. The rooftop bar is very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing to relax and enjoy a drink! You can't beat the rooftop view either! We will definitely return to the Ohla hotel!

Rooms were stylish and well set out and in a building with beautiful architectural features. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within walking distance of hop on hop off bus stop and close to restaurants, massage place and shops. Also within easy walking to La Rambla. Concierge staff were particularly good and helpful and booked a few outings for us. The hotel however could have a stand to show what they offer in this respect to make more profit.
If a country can't supply proper drinking water then I expect the hotel to provide as much as you want and not just four small bottles. However, after speaking to the staff we were provided with more. There was no iron or ironing board in room which is annoying as often clothes need a little pressing and it is costly to have all your clothes pressed after travelling. The room was cleaned later than I prefer; usually in the afternoon and in one case about 3-4 ish.
We loved our room, which was modern, spacious & stylishly appointed. Everything that we could want was there. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We ate in the Tapas bar on one night of our stay & had a very good meal. We did not think it was overpriced. Unfortunately, the Michelein star restaurant at the hotel was booked out so we were not able to dine there on our second evening. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & are looking forward to returning there in a few weeks time.

Staff very pleasant and willing to help out and recommend restaurants. Top floor terrace for drinks in the evening has a fantastic view and great for relaxing in the evenings after a busy day or sight seeing. Location for shopping was perfect!
Being a luxury boutique hotel would have liked to have seen a coffee machine in the room. Couldn't justify the extra 20€ when other hotels provide it for free.

Rooms were lovely, the infinity pool and rooftop bar was lovely also, the restaurants fantastic.
The bar didnt stay open late enough and it was a bit pricey.
In the heart of bustling Barcelona 2 mins.walk to La Ramblas, 10mins. walk to water. Great restaurant Sauc, served an impressive array of extremely good food.Staff were helpful,warm and friendly. Heartily recommended.

the very helpful & friendly staff throughout the entire hotel, the modern design in a beautiful building, the roof terrace with small pool & well stocked bar, the delicous breakfast, the very central location (ideal to reach all points of interest quite easily)
at peak moments too little space on the roof terrace (as in all hotels offering a swimming pool on the roof: but still it is better to have a swimming pool than none at all
The eyeballs on the building make it a feature!! Really helpful staff. Lovely rooms, spacious and comfortable. Quirky features like having reception on level 0.5. Glass of bubbles on check in. Rooftop bar has great views and nice place to drink. The cocktails downstairs are outstanding - highly recommend you try. Rooms are very open plan on the bathroom front, so bear in mind if you are sharing a room with someone!
That the pool closed at 7pm! We didn't quite make it back to the hotel in time to enjoy the pool.. but had drink instead.

the shower was in middle of the room(you can watch the person in it) we had no problem with this but i guess some people will have so it will be helpful to underline this point

Staff very attentive and helpful. Fabulous location for shopping and access to all major sights. Good position with regards to La Ramblas - close to walk but far enough away from noise. Surprisingly organised on arrival. Highly recommended to anyone considering a stay in Barcelona.
Limited number of sun beds on terrace made even mre inaccessible by inconsiderate guests leaving towels (and books) on sunbeds and disappearing for long periods of "shopping" or "sightseeing".
Rooftop pool
Excellent location in Barcelona just across the road of Palau de la musica Catalana.
The design stays a bit in the way of comfort (claustrophobic and poorly ventilated toilet). The staff is nice and eager to help but the organization is laking in efficiency - for check-in / out, even with just a person in front of you it will take 10 to 15 mins., but you'll get a glass of cava!
The location is perfect for exploring the City. The little rooftop pool is great for chilling out after a long day's sightseeing.
The 'Michelin Star' Sauc Restaurant wasn't great.
