If you want a hotel with friendly staff and excellent service, Treasure Resort is the choice. I have had great pleasure sharing my holidays and will do it again in a heartbeat! Look forward the the breakfast as it is a real Feast! The largest shopping centre is located just 5 mins away and there are multiple activities on the island for your family. Be prepared to enjoy!. Love the atmosphere that the building architectural offered. It's aunique experience! Felt like staying in an ancient historical site yetall modern lifestyle needs are provided in the room.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and the buffet breakfast was second to none. Staff very helpful and friendly. very helpful staff and certainly very polite. easy to more around the island and to Vivo city. Nice clean comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Nice room.nice hotel. It is an ideal location with the monorail station on the doorstep for access to the big shopping centre to Vivo City or the beach. The staff were very frendly and helpful and remembered me from my previous visit.Location, Breakfast. Conveniently located at Sentosa. Good for a weekend break away from thebustles of the city area. Given 3 days pass for the Tram rides which isvery useful for us to move around.It was very clean and pleasant to stay in and is convenient to travel around sentosa. it locality was perfect plus it it had a lovely old world charm. cleanliness, convenient in moving around sentosa and over to Singapore. Narrow walk way and user unfriendliness for pram.1)Room is too small. 2)Charges for the use of internet is too high, in fact, it should provide free wireless internet connection.3)No parking facility. one of the waitors in the hotel was not overly friendly.noisy. Room was so small. No idea the 32msq was this size. Hotel ran out of double rooms, so i had to take a twin room instead.Aircon did not checked and all water drain come into my luggage during night. the room is too small. The premium room is small, the bathroom is very small. The rooms are very small and one will feel cramped. absense of bath tub was a disappointment. The wall between the rooms are not sound proof and I could hear noise.Breakfast - do not have wide range of food. Front Lobby steps, no easy access for people on wheelchair and there is very limited carpark lots. Unable to speak to the staffs of various department eg housekeeping, room services etc. the no. keeping ringing, no one to pick up. Only the front desk reception counter is able to contact. The construction bedsides the hotel rather dusty when the balcony door is opened. Supply of morning newspaper is limited and must placed order a day before.very very small room. breakfast is not impressive. swimming pool is ok but worse than expected. only one lift for 80 rooms is unacceptable. poor air conditioner, I have to call for service in the middle of the night. I won't come back to stay here again. Called ahead to ensure that I was allocated a king size bed for my stay and was assured that I was. Arrived at the hotel, checked in, went up to the room and realised that I was allocated a twin bed room. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade me to the suite but the suite was next to the lift and because the hotel had paper thin walls, we could hear the lift going up and down all night long.
