excellent staff, good food(inclusive), great facilities

nobody could help me turn on the wifi on my iphone 5, but it worked fine on my laptop. also don't like that the included wifi is so slow (on a 380 eur per night room!)

Hugh quality hotel

No decent free Internet. The free option is too slow. At 350 euro a night it should be the full speed free option!

Nice room, swimming pool and view

The expense. It's insulting. Usd40 for 4 capucinos and £160 for a steak for 2.

I liked the coffee machine

The room was extremely hot.The staff was not helfpul.It was not logical for me to pay half the price for checking in at 10:15 am. After checking out and paying my bill.I Recived sms on the phone after traveling home and no one can explain why.
