New building with comfortable and rooms. Excellent view from the huge terrace. Nice if you are looking for total peace on vacation and traveling by own car. Tasty breakfast.
Very poor roads. Lack of infrastructure nearby. Poor access to the lake, where no one bathed. There's a lot of garbage and strange foam in water. It is better to check before arrival if swimming is allowed because the owner speaks English poorly, which is not a big obstacle to rent a room, but it doesn't give you the necessary information about the area. Quite expensive for the location.

A little bit hard to find without map.
The villa or hotel is located next to a see between Mamaia and Constanza. The whole building is extremely nice and luxurious, with great design and equipment. The 4 rooms are quite big and some have a huge balcony with view over the see! The shared bathroom is also really huge and nice. The owner of the hotel is a friendly guy and we felt comfortable. He also prepared a delicious breakfast with fruits and vegetables. We totally recommend this special place to relax!
The location of the hotel is far away from Constanza and Mamaia and quite hard to find. But there is a maxi taxi that goes to Constanza every 10 minutes for 2 lei. You just have to walk 5 minutes to the busstop.

horrible road to get to it. it is in the middle of nowhere. it will take about 30-40 min to get to city center because of the roads.
