One thing attracts me most's is the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. While the hotel staff were always had their reservation of their sweet smile to their guests, they were very friendly, attentive of their warmest hospitality, has ease my discomfort away from home and my tiredness. Comfort wise is very satisfactory. What makes it very interesting is the ambiance of relaxation is presence in every corner of the hotel .Although, the casino is located on the ground floor, it doesn't make.

A simple room service meal pate in the night came with a uniform staff pushing a table. Though we only ordered a humble club sandwich and congee, the elaborate settings and condiments and extras that came with meal blew us away. We were very impressed. The free drinks service is nice, just like the free bus services to the surrounding malls. Excellent location near airport and Mall of Asia. Beautiful rooms and smart architecture. Excellent staff and prompt taxi service. Excellent selection of restaurants with plush decor and outstanding wine list for Manila. A safe and welcoming haven for a weary traveler. Casino needed afordable meals for players and have more approachable attendant, players should have discount for hotel room so they can stay longer to play. One to be considered as the best hotel not only in the Phil also in other countries. wish the pool was open..and that the place adopts a more relaxing side instead of just pure casino since its beside an awesome bay.. Then the guests need not contend with unscrupulous cab drivers who are out to rip them off by refusing to use the meters in the cabs. No dislikes. They need customer service training pretty much. Check in staff not welcoming as they should be. The food court options very weak. Car service overpriced. Location is isolated maybe better once area is built up. Bottled/drinking water on our room was limited as per information from the front desk. While, the said bottled water are freely available at the lobby for everyone including bystanders, drivers, and companions of legitimate gamblers. Not Family friendly. Extremly noisy place, they play very load music everywhere and around the clock. It is not fun. Stuff not helpfull at all, they deducted 6000 pesos and they did not refund back to me, for accedentals not happy at all. Service was terrible.
