location is a little distant from malls except sm which is poor, breakfast choice is a little limited and the room rate after booking from letsbookhotel.com was more expensive than the rates offered by the hotel directly.

I had an incident where before I arrived, I attempted to call the
establishment only to be hung up on by the lady behind the front desk. I
attempted to call back again and the lady just put the phone down and
left it. I stayed on it for a long time just screaming for her attention
and finally hung up myself. I tried calling back for approximately 3
hours only to get a busy signal. The city of Davao is so restrictive on
nearly everything. Smokers beware, it is not a smoker friendly city!!!.
The room was a bit scary, creppy feeling...noisy from the residential place around the hotel. Dogs at night time are quit noisy.
The fees were different from letsbookhotel.com and in the hotel izself. I hope that what is reflected during your initial booking would be the same with the actual rates of the hotel. The staff needs to train more on the different tourist spots in davao.
