Hotel położony jest w cichej okolicy Oslo, gdzie wiosną kwitną kasztany, a wspaniały aromat białych i fioletowych bzów można poczuć we wszystkich zakątkach obiektu.

staff, very clean, good atmosphere. Very Beutifull place. all the staff. Beautiful elegant house, friendly owners, large room.On bus route, convenient for tourist attractions.thank to the girl at the reception! she was very nice and helpful!. The Residence Kristinelund is in a beautiful white house in a quiet residential neighborhood. My room was basic but clean with huge windows. The staff and guests here were all friendly and relaxed. It is equally suited to families, backpackers, singles, etc. It is a short walk to Frogner Park and Bygdøy is nearby too. A great value for Oslo. Highly recommend.wszystkie opinie »
Very nice place to stay, not far from the centre, easily accesible on foot. Very nice house, comfortable to stay in. Clean rooms. Not fuss about check-in and check-out. Very niche place, breakfast only until 08.30 Good Host. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Very friendly and nice staff, quiet, comfortable beds, afternoon free tea/coffee and waffles, i didnt have a problem with anything, very quiet at night, nice rooms and lovely building.silent place, close enough to sightseeings, free wi-fi. It wasn't mentionet before, that "family room" is in the basement. Location was good and the also the price level for Oslo. near by the center, quite neighborhood, nice dinning room,. The house was lovely in a nice part of Oslo.Uncomplicated low-budget accomodation. Convenience, comfort, price. Environment. They left a key and note for our room for our late arrival.Area, garden, house. nice interior, opportunity to use the dining-room after breakfast, incl. tea-pot, warm and comfortable, good breakfast. The location of the Residence, very central and close to public transport. The fact that we could leave our car there while visiting Oslo. The friendly and helpful personnel / owners. The nice room and garden. It was close to the bus stop and it was in a nice area. It's nice and clean. Nice part if town. basic but adequate for short stay.Located in a quiet area of Oslo. Rooms were clean.i like some english channel and own toilet and telephone if it cost more doesn,t matter, breakfast need to improve. The rooms, the surroundings. An attempt had been made to make the room clean. Sorry but my stay was not good.the breakfast was not so much. Only one bathroom on each floor for the rooms without en suite. Breakfast finished at 9.00 am - a liittle early. The bathrooms are outside the rooms. The shower rooms can be stuffy and there is no good place to put your clothes while you shower. Wireless internet was available but the signal was weak. No mirrors in bedroom.there was a door in our room that used to be a terrace door and it didnt close properly! Also the room was cold. possibility to make tea/coffee in the evening. Hotel needs small touch up, like missing doorlocks, broken window glass etc. The room was a little cold, and the TV channels were only 2 in Norwegian.only common bad and WC for whole floor. Cost of bus from train station to hotel.Bed not comfortable, too small, low quality. Due to the fault of the stuff, we had to stay in another room of a less comfort class (the room that had been booked beforehand was already occupied). Very noisy, both from outside (traffic) and inside (we could hear everything form the guests in the next room and the dining room (from 6:00am!)). Too few bathrooms for too many rooms. There is no wc in the room. I found the state of the shared bathroom to be unacceptable. too many people sharing bathroom facilities, this was not clearly identified at the time of rservation.room was not serviced during stay. Shared bathrooms gives is a feeling of hostel...Shared Bathroom. The rotten woodwork and broken glass which made the outside widows look derelict. I found it strange that the room was not serviced daily, in fact the room was not serviced at all during my stay. there was no receptionist if i need any help and no phone in the room and no cleaning and also toilet was not attached with room. The hotel had just 1 person that worked very hard at the reception and as cleaner, so she was very busy all the time. The toilets were dirty and sometime without toilet paper, to few toilets for the many guests, the same applies for the shower room. I think they ought to get washbasin in each room. The breakfast was very simple and we got no real coffee but instant coffee, no toaster. No telephone in room, towels never refreshed, no wake-up call, no alarmclock in room, no closet or hangers in room, mold on the ceiling of thecommunal shower upstairs, breakfast room too small to accommodate allguests in the short period of time it was open, no toilet paperdispenser in the toilet downstairs, waffles available but no forksprovided to eat them with, no mirrors, etc. awful Avoid. Basement "family" rooms are horrorful. No way to stay with children there.separate bathrooms, smell of sigaretts and a hostile staff.
