  komfort, miła i życzliwa obsługa - I loved staying at the Westin, it was the best hotel i have stayed in, staff couldn't have been any nicer or helpful, room was amazing and spotless, the bed was as stated - heavenly. Could have probably spent the weekend in the room it was so nice. Will definitely stay at the Westin again if in Rotterdam. - Excell... co mówią ludzie » ent staff and room. We asked for an extra bed a few hours after we had arrived and they gently provided everything with absolutely no extra charge!

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing! - staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10

  - we received a free room upgrade...king size bed and private mini-sauna in the bathroom - free espresso in the room - view from the room - an excellent SPA (free) situated at the 8th floor with really nice view of the harbour from the gym, the relax zone and sauna too!!! Very modern hotel that offers great value for money at a very convenient location, almost on the Maas river and 5-15 minutes walk from the major shopping/nightlife areas, renovated shipping/docking areas, harbour tours etc.
