Hotel staff and rooms were great...clean and comfortable. Lots of food at breakfast and there were pancakes made for our kids. Great location on a lake and close to a park and ride to get to Amsterdam - Highly recommended. Wonderful ambience and excellent service. Best value for money

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well.
