Welcome, Welcome, that's the word that you hear the most in this Riad, but it's not just a word because Kacem and his team really do make you feel at home and part of their family.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!.

I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone.
We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very
friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke
english and was very friendly and accommodating. We had the best mint
tea and delicious food prepared by the charming Fatima. We would go back
again just to see her! Armond, the hotel assistant, was kind and
helpful. The hotel also arranged for Nadia, a guide, to help us navigate

friendly and involved in the customer's needs staff. It really felt
like home. It is located in the heart of the Riad which opens a new

Luxury Ryad, beautifully furnished with very good breakfast. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend to have a dinner in the Ryad - the cooking is excellent. The location near a door of the Medina allowed to arrive by car or taxi without getting lost. A good choice at a decent price.

We had great two nights in the Dar Gnaoua, mostly because of the great host Ahmed, who was very friendly and cared alot about our wellbeing. Our room was good and clean, as was the bathroom. We had our room next to the terasse, which was the highlight of the riad. You have a beatiful view from there in the morning our at night. The breakfast has been nothing special, but totally ok and tasty. You could use the nice kitchen for cooking, the riad itself has a nice maroccian flair.
