The service is impeccable. They greet you with respect and care from the moment you arrive and they take care of you every day. The restaurant has the same level of service and kindness. I felt home here very quickly thanks to the staff. I tried their cooking class today and now I know how authentic maroccan food tasts like when taking the time needed and the correct spices. The location was excellent - close to sights, shopping, dining, parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the balcony was great. Room was clean.
Unfortunately, work on the ramparts created a lot of dust (not the riad's fault). Also, two smelly city bins were just under our balcony. Riad just lacked the finishing touches to make it truly "chic" (cigarette buts between balcony and ramparts, unmounted shower head, etc). 24 hr parking is close to 4 euros, as opposed to 2 euros quoted by riad.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and their recommendations were excellent. The sun terrace was a fantastic place to start the day and to watch the sun set over the ocean. Merci beaucoup!

The location in the medina with sea views is perfect. The terrace is gorgeous for sitting and reading. staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the madada room with the private terrace which was lovely for having breakfast on and the large bath was luxury .

the shower in the bath created a significant flood, just a little bit rickety re window fittings but not significant
