The location is great. The valet/bellboy was very knowledgeable and helpful.

There's no way this could possibly be a 5-star hotel by international standards. The WiFi coverage didn't reach as far as my room, so I ended up sitting on a chair in the corridor whenever I wanted to get online.

location was terrific. close proximity to central plaza and cathedral. friday/saturday fiesta in the central square. money exchange directly across the street with good rate. also, small convenience store directly adjacent to the exchange - definitely recommend - the operators were terrific. David, the valet is a fantastic addition to the property. Incredibly informative, friendly and professional. Thanks, David.
