- Nice beach - Easily get local/nice food - Family room. Many hotels do not have family room; for those hotels have family room their rate per night is more expensive. - Good parking place, can park in front of the motel. Inside the motel area is very harmony, clean and relaxing. Guests can park the car in front of individual motel unit. Convenient for shopping, meals, groceries, etc.

Nice room, clean and spacious. We stayed with the five of us, one matrass on the floor. Airco, hot shower and walking distance to the beach. Very good price!. nice location, near underwater world, touring agencies and various shopping center. enjoy the stay there. Will definitely go there again!!. Its near to sea side and tourist agencies and food places and good location and quite place and good apartment and good staff. Location. customer service was excellent ! politely . we supposed to check in 3pm but we came earlier so we need to wait till 3pm but on their courtesy they give us a place to stay for a moment before we manage to check in . . clean and big room. - Room cleaning is not done on daily basis. - There is no water tap out side the motel. It is important for those to wash away the sand once they come back from the beach. - No breakfast/food provided. pillow is to hard, iron board is too dirty and do not leave your food/drink as the ants will quickly attack on it. Nothing. the hot water facilities is a bit faulty. better to supply a washing machine and an oven .and to improve hot water in the showers. No towel for feet. hot shower need to be maintained. Please provide an extra pillow and blankets especially for family rooms. Poor tv reception. Lack of maintenance. None. Pool was under maintenance, blanket provided are too small. The blanket too thin. So cold at night. No wifi in room. Very poor as apartment. Little fridge, no forks or spoons, no sheets in beds. No housekeeping on 2nd & 3rd staying. Room was very very dirty. 1.Too many mosquitoes 2.No air con in the living room 3.Shower water spill everywhere. they will clean our room only after 2 days of checked-in. No intercom facility and no support from staffs. cleanliness and staff. I'm staying there using a family room 2 bed , but unfortunately they supposed to provide bed 2 blanket instead of 1 bed 1 blanket since their blanket is only enough for only 1 person . like 1 said only 1 person . plus should have a room service of cleaning the room everyday ! provide new towel etc.. ! need to be really worth it if I pay expensive ! thanks . . not wifi.
