Your home away from home in Malacca’s Chinatown, L'armada offers standard and dormitory rooms, and a large common area. It provides Wi-Fi and all-day coffee and tea, free of charge. Overlooking Melaka River, L'armada Guesthouse is just a 5-minute walk from Heritage Street and attractions such as the Kampung Kling Museum. The ferry terminal is a 15-minute walk away. L’armada features shared bathroom facilities, complete with amenities. A fan is offered in each room or dormitory. Views of the river are enjoyed from most rooms. Guests can watch DVDs in the common hall, or rent a bicycle to explore Malacca with ease. Luggage storage is available at the 24-hour front desk. Laundry services are also provided. The spacious living room plus dining room provide a lovely space for the guest to interact with one another. II had bread and coffee which is provided free every morning or late night when shops are closed

Really loved this place, the nicest I have been in Malaysia, and ended up staying much longer here than I originally intended. It was super-reasonably priced; Ahmed, the owner, really went the extra mile to make me feel completely at home; and it was perfectly located beside the river and Chinatown to explore this wonderful historical town. Very good value, the friendliest of owners, and a perfect riverside location made this guesthouse a joy to stay in. The hot shower, free tea, coffee and filtered water, and the TV made it a home from home. So glad I came here - and looking forward to coming back again.
