We were pleasantly surprised when we got v an upgrade to junior suite
and treated to a wonderful dinner for two. ... loved the restaurant as
it was in the old wing still with its quaint flooring. Great jazz
quartet. But be prepared for rm 55 appetizers and deserts. Enjoyed
ourselves thoroughly. . Didn't even leave the hotel at all. -

A free shuttle service to KL sentral and Bukit Bintang.
The room was very comfortable and afforded a fantastic view of KL. we paid to go up the local tower but the view from the room was just as good.

A good hotel close to kl Sentral with communication to klia or to the
city (I.E. klcc). You could easily walk to the station from the hotel.
However, not with your heavy luggage. We had a nice suite with two rooms
and a kitchen on the eigth floor facing the pool. The rooms were good
but the cleaning could (as always) have been better. The pool are

volume several times and they did but after 10-15 minutes the volume was

Rooms are really spacious. The twin room is actually room with 2 queen-size beds, so it easily accommodated 2 adults with 2 kids. The pool is very nice, with a smaller pool for kids. Hotel is 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral, and on the way you can see an oldtown coffee restaurant. Hotel provided free shuttle to KLCC, but not too many. When I asked the customer service, it says there is no need to book the shuttle, and the rule is early arrival early served, but when I arrived 10 minutes earlier

Great location! Short distance to bus and monorail station. Walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown. Very friendly and helpful staff: told me the best ways going around KL and about free busses. (: Breakfast. Free coffee/tea available all the time. I'd stay there again. (:

Very nice place!
Self service at the kitchen, what's great! Don't need to wait, just make your toasts with butter and jam, and tea with powder milk, or coffee at any time during breakfast time. Very convenient.
Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches.
Big screen Mac for everybody to use.
Very helpful and humorous staff.

The location was great - it was close to many tourist attractions and good shopping nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, we had a late check in (3:30 am), but they waited for us and made no problems at all. The place was so nice, and also the staff. They help you with everything. Is a nice place for backpackers and young couples, if you are in a private room, and I think you can also stay in a shared room if you travell alone or with friends. The breakfast was great, some bread and coffee. I recommend to stay there the whole trip in Kuala Lumpur,

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I had problem with the locker and the staff there help me to settle it down very soon.
The toilet is clean and make me feel comfort to past motion. Lolx.
The environment is nice and very strategic place to all the place i want to go.
Definitely will choose it for next time when i visit KL. -

The location was great. Right next door to the Pasar Seni train station,
and across the road from china town and central markets. The hop-on-hop-
off bus stops right outside too. I am glad we got this one instead of
right inside china town as I can't imagine trying to get through the

THe location was perfect. We arrived at 5am and were concerned about
getting to our hotel so we picked this one right next to a train
station. The transfer went smoothly and the hotel staff gave us our room
at 5am! The next morning we walked to the bird and butterfly sanctuary
stopping at a mosk and a few other tourist spots. In the afternoon we
walked to the kl Tower... And then found out there is a free bus to
shuttle tourists around kl. The added bonus is that one of the bus stops
