The roof top pool with FANTASTIC VIEWS--the buffet breakfast had choices to suit everyone--my room was ideal in size -space and functions. I loved the hotel and their staff were very friendly and helpful .. even
the securitys were friendly and helped us with the taxi .. we booked one
bedroom suit and it was clean and well equipped kitchenette .. I loved
the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u
return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the
breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more
vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the
wifi is good b

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent
travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden
gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep
of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls

Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the
first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as
they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy
and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the
staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and
canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under
reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the
Sogo shops. Break

We were on holiday with my sister and both rooms were upgraded from doubles to deluxe suites with fantastic views and super-fast wi-if. The staff are very professional, the food was ok and they have a well equipped gym. It is also a 2 min walk from Berjaya Times Square, 5 mins from Sungei Wang and Low Yat and about 10 mins from Pavillion, Starhill

Big Hotel, 27 floors with 4 lifts.
Excellent fully equiped gym of 3 Treadmills, 2 crosstrainers 3 bikes and full set of dumbells along with various specific bodypart exercise equipment.
Nice pool but bit small to seriously swim.
Rooms are great, big size with large windows, Stayed 814 then shifted to 1203 which was suite upgrde with seperate King bedroom off sitting room. All 4 star fittings and facilities.

1. I like the uniform wore by the staffs. It really represents the Melayu concept, which is in line with the style of the hotel.

4. I like the cleanness of the room -
Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. Rooms are luxury comfortable, beautifully furnished. Wide choice of food in the hotel and in the nearby Pavilion Mall. Concierge helped us with booking for day tours to Elephant San
