Friendly staff, easy access to public transport, easy access to Chinatown, Merdaka square and other places of interest. Near the station and public transporation. the price so excellent. Litle bit scary, cause the decoration of your hotel is using an old style. but however cleanliness of your room is excellent and that was making me comfortable. the architecture. We were made welcome and allowed to check our room and quickly offered another (which had bath rather than just shower). The room was big, clean but of course not sparkling, and cozy enough. We enjoyed our stay because our expectations of a good basic budget hotel were all satisfied. Thanks!. Classic building but confortable. Value for money. Calm, and the location , easy to take the train.We are very happy because we can go to any place in KL with Komuter. Convienence to town. Quite and clean environment in the room. location. Very convenient for me for traveling by train. 1 stop away from the Sentral station. Close to China Town and to sites in Lake Park. Centrally Located, and a minites walk from the Railway Station. Nice old colonial building. comfortable bed.Reasonable price. very bad, I found that the actual conditions were far away from the description they provided both at LetsBookHotel.com and their own website. one example, they claim to provide IDD calls, while they don't even offer phones in guest rooms. I had to leave on the first day and move to another hotel.The service from the Bell person Andrew was the only good thing about my stay. the size of the room. Nothing except the price. Its location. Bathtub. It would have been helpful if the restaurant staff had been able to understand a little more English.the decoration. Breakfast was just a little too scrapy (small)! Allowing at least a glass of (el cheapo) juice as well as (cheap) tea/coffee - instead of just one or the other - would be a basic improvement. However the waiter/cook did happily refill my coffee cup. Overall the hotel provided good basic, but not unclean or nasty, accommodation. Good value for a budget hotel.Change the beds to more sturdy (its making noise). We are very difficult to take taxi at hotel. No parking for guest ....Toilet need to upgrade and more creativity on lobby. When power cut the hotel does not seem to have backup.Vegitarian foodchoices can be added. Phones in room can be considered atleast to callthe reception.darkness in the room. The hotel is a bit worn, but clean. Better directions on how to access the hotel when arriving by train would be helpful. I wound up walking all the way around the block to the entrance as it did not look like you could get to the hotel across the tracks.Location, cleanliness. there is no water heater. recommended to fix water heater.Very spooky. Out of the common transportation circuit.

Could not get any extra bed.1) the windows were not noise-isolated, so couldn't really sleep. 2) the quality of food was too bad. 3) you see almost nothing through the windows, cause there is a wall barryer blocking them. I guess it could be better if the breakfast has more food and if the facilities in the room were better, e.g. electric boiler.The mould in the bathroom was really bad and the shower curtain was very mouldy also. I suspected that there may have been a problem with the self service laundry but was assured that it was all working well and then I found out it wasn't. I ended up taking my washing back to my room and rinsing it by hand and wringing it out by hand too rather than risk another failure. very dirty and the receptionist cocked up the first payment so I had to re-enter my pin which made it quite suspicious on the error regarding fraud; that made the whole stay even more uncomfortable worrying about being double charged;. there was no hot water after a certain time, hotel was very noisy and it was very old looking. The first room we were offered there was no window and on the website it showed with a window. Should be renovation ASAP.facilities. Everything (except the price).Dirty staircases, dreadful, awful food and a depressing dining room. The hotel is not well situated. I expected much more from what I read on the internet. However the service,hotel staff, atmosphere and hygiene were very poor. We did not get hot water. Later they changed our room.
