D boutique hotel is a cozy and cost-effective hotel if you are planning to pass a night or two in the neighborhood of KLIA. The hotel's interior is clean with adequate facilities and the staff are all very supportive. We really enjoyed our brief stay there. Ask them for d bus service to drop at the airport as Taxi might be hard to get from the area. Only a 15 minute drive to the airport and Sepang Raceway. The rooms are modern and very inexpensive. They provided converters and a hairdryer when we didn't have them. Breakfast is included but is very basic. Mostly toast and cereal and a local dish, enough to hold you over, but not much.

Plus, we are allowed to check-in early without any extra charges! Definitely would stay there again without any hesitation. great accomodation, clean, friendly staffs the price is reasonably cheap.. we enjoy every moment staying in that hotel n will definitely recommend it to others especially who plan to catch early morning flight as klia just situated nearby.. 2 thumbs up!!. Staffs are really helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and beautifully furnished with all the amenities we need, value for money, definitely worth the comeback. Loved the comfy feeling I got from the hotel and the staff were very helpful to my demands and whatnot. All in all a good stay. Cool design, very clean, friendly staff, very good rates, just a few minute from KLIA. It is an excellent choise for those who want to spend the night nearby the airport. feel so comfortable with the environment plus the room services were excellent. Good for stopover at KL Airport. Transportation there to airport hotel shuttle cost RM 65 per trip. which is convenience. you have to arrange with the hotel. plus minus is wise to consider Pan pacific Klia..if you include transport and all price somewhat similar. Overall still this is a good hotel. Clean, simple and nice. One of the lady receptionist is very dedicated to her work and has good PR skill her name is Nurul.Room is comfortable. . We emailed back and forth 5 days before our trip to have a driver pick us up at the airport, it seemed confirmed but they did not show up, we had to call and wait 45 minutes. Also, transport from the hotel to the racetrack cost us as much as our room did for 3 nights. We paid $200 for 2 of us to get to the racetrack and back two days. It was only a 15 minute drive in a van of 10 of us. The location of the hotel were a little isolated. Maybe it's a new Hotel, as the hotel was not found in GPS nor known by any other taxi drivers. Water heater are minimal and the isolated location. Not much infrastructure within walking distance, breakfast buffet very basic (but sufficient). nasi lemak's sambal. Breakfast is slightly simple considering the price. No tea bags in the room only coffee. But: nice stay!. A long way out of KL, 60 to 100 MYR taxi ride, but convenient for the airport (KLIA). Very poor shower was the main let down. Food only one restaurant there not much choice... and another across the road. They wanted to charge me RM5 before I left the hotel due to I requested for extra 1 towel but when I called the reception they didn't inform me there will be extra chargers for extra towel, anyway I informed letsbookhotel.com I wanted extra towel. Anyway after I told one of the lady receptionist she canceled the RM5 extra charges.To improve housekeeping since there was used condom inside the basket. .
