Hotel staffs are very helpful and a lady guest relation officer spoke perfect mandarin. The chamber maids upkeep my room very well & nice. Loved the strong wifi signal @ the hotel lobby as well as in my room which enable to me work smoothly @ any time. -

I've stayed here a couple of times as it is, and I always love it. I know what to expect and I'm never disappointed. Great toiletries in the bathroom, good bed, there's an electric kettle and a beverage vending machine for each guest floor including a washer and dryer!
Love the free Wi-Fi too and the staff is undeniably polite: service is great.

This is a beautifully located hotel with excellent facilities at a very reasonable price. It is comfortable and extremely convenient for travel to, from, and within Tokyo. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Breakfasts are outstanding. I will stay here again, without question.

The hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. They could speak in English
better than several others. There is free water and ice on first floor.

This was a great place to stay. The room itself, while small, was adequate. We had a double room, with little floor space to keep our luggage (though small rooms seem to be the norm in Japan), but the bed was comfortable and there was a desk and lots of powerpoints. This was a clean, concise and neat solution to staying in tokyo. The $10
comprehensive breakfast in their coffee restaurant was a total blessing
to avoid that drama. The remm is immaculate, and across the street from
the imperial hotel and around the corner from the peninsula, so this
speaks volumes. There is a citibank atm in the peninsula and if you have
a b of a atm card you will be almost sol unless you can access a
citibank atm. All sorts of real restaurants under the jr blue
line/yamanote

I enjoyed how quaint and cozy the room was, and how friendly and helpful the staff was whenever we needed something. They allowed my friend and I to do our laundry within the hotel, because there were no places close by that would allow us to do so. It was very kind of them to allow us that luxury. I also enjoyed that, while the hotel was somewhat remote, it was only a short walk from the bustling city and the train station - allowing us to travel and shop and explore very easily.

The Edo Sakura is certainly the most beautiful, friendly, and unique hotel that I have ever stayed at. It is a true traditional Japanese hotel with a tea room, sauna, kimonos for guest use, tatami matte-floored rooms, futons to unroll, and striking floral arrangements in the lobby.
And with modern amenities! A private wifi network, which few Japanese hotels offer at all, per room!
And the cost for all of these features? Less than what one would pay to stay in a small, cramped, Western-style bus
