Location and free visit to Kyoto tower
Staff is polite and bedroom is clean. Location is the best as it is only 2-min walk to the JR station.
If staff could speak English, it would be more convenient for English speaking tourist.
I liked everything. Good hotel, good price. Beautiful city, so much culture. So easy to go places from this hotel!!
Great location just across the street from Kyoto station. Comfortable western style bed with nice city view (at least on 9th floor).
We travelled through Japan and it was definitely the best hotel we stayed in.
It was very close to Kyoto Station, just few steps.
The staff was the best ever: all of them speak English, they were always courteous, smiling...they were great!
No negative points at all

Excellent location next to station n bus
WiFi connection is problematic to access everyday of my 3 day-stay! 10 minute limit is too short. Weak connection.
The close proximity of train station, ease of public transport.
No wi go in room only available in the lobby.expensive breakfast.
No water in freeze
Good staff, great service at an easy to reach location.
no free wifi for the rooms, but it's something you can live with if you have a laptop
1.Rooms are very small, especially the bathroom.
2. Room has no Internet service.
Near Kyoto Station.
The room was very very noisy when the wind was blowing. I checked to
make sure the window was properly closed, but there was still a lot of
wind noise coming into the room.
The location is excellent
At the room hotel dont have wifi, only at the lobby hotel
The closeness to the main railway station.
No wi-fi for phones and iPads after first 10 minutes. No way to print
boarding passes etc. Unhelpful staff. Unacceptable for a big
international hotel in a big city in Japan.
