  I will remember this place as the one of the best I stayed in Japan. Staff was awesome and very helpful, room was big and we had a great view on the Hakone mountains. There is also onsen that is open 24/7.   Staff is very kind and helpful, despite the difficulty of communication in english (common problem all over Japan)... Room is comfortable. The location is practical, at walkable distance (200mt) from the 2nd stop of Gora-Sounzan cablecar... it has got an Onsen (hotspring bath) at ground floor, open till 2am, and from 5am, with outdoor tub! Shuttle service is very convenient but you need to book both pick up and departure from hotel. Hotel staffs are very nice but they speak english very little. Convenient store is not far from hotel, just 5-10 mins walk. Room is spacious comparing to tokyo's room.

  The food and services is amazing! The manager is so professional and impressive! Cannot forget the fortune white and black cat named "Migi" raised by the hotel! - The staff were very warm and friendly. The room was big/clean and offers great view. The dinner was fantastic, so was the breakfast.

  it was clean and tidy place. breakfast it is ok, onsen inside of hotel is relaxing after a tiring day you can have relax there/if you know how to get there it is ok but if you dont it can be difficult.in hakone you can take a hakona day pass which you can use on buses cablecars and ropeway it is very convient /to go to hotel : TAKE A HAKONE TOZAN ... co mówią ludzie » BUS ,GET OFF KOWAKIEN STOP,WHEN YOU GET OFF YOU WILL SEE YUNESSUN SPA IN FRONT OF BUS STOP, GO THERE AND ASK BB PENSION. THEY HAVE FREE SHUTTLE TO BB - The basic facilities provided are enough for budget travellers, like the hot water provided in every floor, nice pastries for breakfast including tea, coffee and juice. Share bathroom is very clean. The shutter bus provided is a plus as well. It is not easy to get dinner nearby so we took the advice from the other travellers, we got the bento or ate our dinner before we go back to the pension.
