The general staff attitude was excellent. English was well spoken and there were no serious communication difficulties.
Although dining was a bit of a bear garden the choice of food was perfectly satisfactory, wine was included and there were no difficulties with teenagers having second or third helpings.

The hotel is set in the lovely location between trees. It has excellent sporting facilities (including 50m swiming pool) as well as a little decking along sea front where you can rest and enjoy lovely views.

We booked this b@b near the airport of Palermo because we had a late
arrival on saterday evening and didn't want to drive that far for a
hotel. Finding the hotel with our Garmin routeplanner and parking our
rented car in front of the hotel no problem. We had a very kind and

We actually had an apartment at this B&B . The bedroom had a double bed and bunk beds, there was a fully equipped kitchen with table chairs and a sofa , all suitable for a family of four.
The staff were very helpful and gave us an early breakfast before our early fight from the airport, which is only about 20 minutes away.
The beach area was lovely , clean and safe.

The staff was very helpful for us who didn't speak Italian! Our room
was comfortable & remarkably cool even though the outside temp was
over 90*. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, small but adequate kitchen, sofa

The appartment is very spacious and convinient. The place is very picturesque. The hotel staff - very helpful and friendly, though speak not very good English, we managed to find out needed information.
We are more than pleased with our vocation!

This was just such a great stay! Wish he had stayed longer. The owner of
the place picked us up from the airport at a very late hour (and the
price was really moderate!) and then in the morning insisted on driving
us to the station for free! It was really nice. So if you arrive late at
night at the Palermo airport you rather want to sleep somewhere near
then search for your hotel in Palermo - it looks quiet dangerous in the
night! The room itself was spacy, the bathroom super clean. Nothing to

So perfectly convenient to the Palermo airport, this hotel is right in the heart of a small town with a nice main piazza and plenty of restaurants. Especially good for the weary traveler arriving after a long trip as we were immediately made comfortable by the owner and the ambience. Just a door above the Arabesque restaurant, but once on the first floor
a beauty to behold!! Very well furnished and full of quality. We found
out that is also a rear door, with parking only 10 metres away. We
couldn't immediately find the hotel, so we parked near the church
and asked. A group of teenage boys had just come out of school. I asked
in my best Italian for directions and one of the group detatched himself
from the others and walked us to the door, before rejoining his friends.
