Their suggestions and assistance on everything from selecting tours to handling dirty laundry made our time in Siena fantastic! Our room was immaculate and spacious.   We received a superb welcome by the very friendly staff who had left us two bottles of their own oil as it was our honeymoon. The apartment was very big for just two of us and though the kitchen is small we still cooked in it every day. The pool is lovely and very clean. We went for a week so it was the perfect location as it was quiet and peaceful but still relatively close to the centre. If we were going - Great place to stay, away from busy turistic town center with the facility to reach it on a 20 minute bus ride or 30 to 45 minute walk. Very nice, friendly, very helpful staff. Convinient grocery shop about one kilometer away (kind of dangerous road to walk along though). Be aware of reception working hours.
