We could see the Dome of St Peters from our window(double glazing reduced outside noise considerably).Good security with solid doors. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A bottle of water provided for each person each day was a thoughtful touch.

We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .
Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request
immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise

Not your typical hotel, but charming. Modern, rooms are larger than expected, esp for the price. Excellent location just behind Piazza Navona, convenient to Pantheon, Vatican, Tiber River and all things ancient. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and amenities. Would stay here again!

fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

A lovely b&b in excellent location (metro, different bus stops few minutes away, vatican in walking distance etc). Great staff, very friendly and helpful - suggestions for great neighbourhood restaurants, helped with taxi etc. Room was spacious, very clean and had everything needed. Lovely little sweet breakfast was served every day exactly at the time wished.
Me and my mother, we definitely enjoyed the stay and I would recommend it any time.
