The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

Top floor room had a private terrace, Free internet, Air conditioning was a plus, but the real bonus here is location location location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum, The Roman Forum, Trojan's Forum and The National Monument to Vittorio Emanuale II which are all must see landmarks in Rome. It is a great family-run guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It had just opened so everything was clean and modern. With the tram and metro located right in front of the hotel, it had direct links to termini, collosseum and Vatican City.
The owner and her daughter were really nice, and spoke English.

The star war veri helpful they gave us a map and explain how to ise the transportation system. They gave us breakfast even on the day we chicked out. There were delicious cakes and cookies in the kitchen and you can drink&eat anything in the fridge. It was absolutely amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

The hotel made a mistake and sold me a room which was already booked. As soon as they discovered the problem, they immediately called me and placed at another place which was close to all attractions but still on a residential street far away from the crowds. In addition, they offered a free transfer to the airport. Alessandro and Myryam went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I am booking with them for my next trip to Rome. Thank you.
