  This hotel was perfect for our stay of 5 nights. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a bother to them. Simona on the reception was especially friendly and helped us to find places. She also spent time chatting to us. Stephano was particularly helpful. Simona the waitress at breakfast was won - We spent 4 nights in Rome and Hotel de Teatro became our home-away-from home. Great location near Piazza Navona and Campo di Fieri. Paulo at the front desk was very helpful and spoke impeccable English although I tried some Italien. The breakfast was delicious, our room comfortable and spacious and very clean.

  The owner is very nice and always willing to help. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The walk to Vatican city is less than 10 minutes. At Vatican city you can catch the hop on and hop off buses that take you to all the major sites in Rome. The train station/bus stop is about 2 blocks from the B&B. There is a bakery near the building entrance. - I mostly liked the spacious room with the terrace! The heating was excellent too and you could adjust if its too hot. Very very clean! Highly recommend. I was with my mother and its within walking distance to the vatican so the location was excellent. 10 to 15 minutes if you walk slowly. The owner was very helpful too!

  Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants. We would come out of our room to it all set out for us - no impersonal buffet. We stayed on the 6th floor (reached by an authentic elevat - Great B&B, good location as most attractions reachable by foot, no noise, many restaurants close by. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)
