Great location, very close to the Piazza Navona, many useful bus lines--87 to Coloseum, 64 (usually crowded) to Termini or Vatican, 40 (express) to same as 64. I walked to the Vatican Museum. Took the bus home. I stayed 6 nights in Rm. 303. Fantastic room! Very spacious. Large desk for laptop and breakfast. Separate dressing room/foyer with large closet. Separate area to store my bag including a dresser. Large windows. Fantastic light to wake up to in the morning. The best A/C I experienced in . wszystkie opinie »
I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. The staff are not bow.
We wanted to stay close to Piazza Navrona, but away from the hustle and bustle of the Piazza. Hotel Teatro Pace was just perfect! The hotel is small, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Our room was nicely done with nice bath, and windows that opened to allow the sounds of the area add to the ambiance. A wonderful little trattoria is just a block away. So good, we ate there 3 nights in a row, getting a 10% good customer discount from the Owner on night 3. It was recommended by the .
The location is superb, tucked away in a minute street close to the interesting restuarant and bar side of Piazza Navona from where you can walk easily to all the cities main attractions. Very good price for such an atmospheric litte Palace. The stunning staircase dominates the building, the guest rooms are rather insignificant by comparrison, clean and very comfortable beds. It has a tiny bath, tea making facilities and the wi fi works. Friendly staff. Very good value for this, my favourite lo.
The hotel itself is situated in an ideal location, right in the heart of
the 'centro storico'.
My room was lovely, much better than I had expected...spacious, simply but elegantly furnished.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was also a varied selection to choose from for breakfast.
The maid, Valentina, was particularly endearing, especially when she curtseyed after delivering breakfast to the room. I thought is was a nice touch.
Very kind staff, room with nice wooden furniture, nicely decorated, very
clean. No elevator, but the beautiful spiral staircase is a great
compensation for the "pain" of walking up and down ... Good
breakfast served in room (no restaurant in house).Great location in the
heart of the old city (a few steps from Piazza Navona), most places in a
30 minutes walking distance (E.G. Vatican, Capitol).
This is a great hotel in a great location. Excellent staff with
recommendations for great local restaurants off the tourist grid. 5
minute walk to Piazza Navona. Largest room we had in Italy with hight
ceilings and a great balcony overlooking the street. WiFi in the lobby,
but they're working to upgrade the service to the rooms.
the nature of the building rules and the hotel has adapted itself around it. Few facilities so breakfast is served in the room and the stairs serve as the main open space. But it works. The room was comfortable and I had all I needed. Breakfast was good too. The best Italian croissants I've had.
I loved the location - right off of Piazza Navona down a little
alleyway. It was a cool little place with this beautiful stone spiral
staircase. The staff was very helpful in making reservations for us at
the Borghese Gallery and calling a cab for us on our final day.
Second visit, its a really nice safe and convenient area.
With lots little cafés, hotel staff remembered me, nothing to much trouble, cosy room with pretty courtyard views, close to everything, and best of all breakfast in bed.
Located just off Piazza Navona. Fantastic location, clean, safe, helpful staff, and a beautiful quiet single room on top floor overlooking a lovely courtyard! Exceptional value for money. Would definitely stay here again!.
Location was superb. Very central for all of the sites. Just off the beautiful Piazza Navona which had a great atmosphere and lovely bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful arranging taxis and assisting with trips.
The room was perfect-breakfast was served every morning. Everybody on
staff went out of their way to help us with our reservations for dinner
and directions. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard!.
Overall staff pleasant and very helpful. One staff member went the extra mile to help the guests in either transport options, what the see, making sure they were comfortable. Location location location.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I could walk everywhere I
wanted to go. The accommodations were pleasant, the hotel is historic
and would make a good romantic get-away.
I loved everything about this hotel, the building the location, breakfast in bed! The staff were lovely especially Rabih who worked the nightshift, would definately return.
The location was ideal, we had the top room with a balcony which was
lovely as it caught the late afternoon sun. Staff very helpful, just a
great place for a city stay.
The location was optimal for being able to walk to a significant of Rome's great sites (Piazza Navona, Colliseum, Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps).
We like the room as it is, with the high wood seeling, and night staf
was very frendly, nice view from the balcony: Next time perhaps
penthouse with the view.
Location is amazing, right next to Piazza Navona, walking distance to everything! Amazing breakfast delivered to your room! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast served in our room even though we were 92 Stairs up!! Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for restaurants and bars.
Nice hotel, my room was comfortable and clean, a bit dark but ok.
Breakfast was fantastic and they served it to the room :).
Amazing location next to Piazza Navone, polite and helpful staff, very prompt delivered breakfast, spacious room, good wifi.
Great location for sight seeing and restaurants, a very special building with the distinctive design, excellent staff.
Stunning rooms, amazing staff and service, gorgeous spiral staircase, location location location... the list goes on.
I really liked that many of the popular sites in Rome were in walking distance from Hotel Teatro Pace.
Location, staff very helpful, rooms comfortable enough; excellent breakfast served on time.
querkiness of the accomodation and a central location to explore Rome.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.
The location is excellent and the rooms comfortable and clean.
Position is perfect, the staircase is a work of art. Loved it.
Design, layout, furnishings, location, and helpful staff.
close to everything. the staff so good and helpful.
location was very convenient to Piazza Nuvona.

Quiet.
Location, style, staff, cleanliness.
Location is superb, hotel is decent.
Service, location, staff.
Location and nice rooms.
location and staff.
Great location.
The location.
Everything.
location.
Good central location (although now there are two restaurants on the
ground floor of the building) and the ancient central staircase is very
pleasing. Our rooms were also fairly large and comfortable, and the
second room in which we stayed had lovely high beamed ceilings.
breakfast delivered to your room
convenient location - within walking distance of everywhere
one male member of staff was particularly helpful and friendly
they carry your bags up the stairs as there is no lift!.
Location. Nice about changing room to a lower floor.
Great localization.
Refrigerator not very cold. wi-fi really needs to at least be brought up the spiral staircase to the higher floors. Sitting out on the 2nd floor landing or tiny lobby area was a crappy way to post photos, etc. Shower was tight, I'm pretty lean. My elbows tended to hit the faucet turning it cold or hot when I turned. But not terrible. Not much to be done about it though.
We were perfectly happy with this hotel. Would not change a thing ( no elevator to upper floors, but staff volunteered to take are of all baggage for us, so no problem there, even when we left at 5 am for our flight to Sicily).
Breakfast in the room is basic and very uncomfortable as the room is so small. The hand held shower seems to be a standard feature of this price of hotel. The rooms aren't very big of course. It had a big window but no balcony.
Only a couple of minor things...the tv in my room didn't work
properly, more iratating than anything else, and my room was rather dark
in the evenings due to a couple of the lights not working, but it
didn't spoil my overall enjoyment of my stay.
No wlan in the room.
I'd like my capuccino to be larger in the morning!.
Probably because of the stone walls, the wi-fi was spotty. The only
place we could access it was on the stairwell. Everyone would just camp
out on the stairwell checking their emails, etc. Also it was a little
tricky rolling your suitcases down the alley way because of the
cobblestones - but then again, we could've taken a cab directly
there instead of walking from the bus stop!.
There wasn't a thing I could complain about
Excellent everything, will return again.
Only stayed 3 nights in rome. Wish I could have stayed longer here!.
There is no lift so make sure if you're older that you can manage 2-3 flights of stairs with your luggage.
Room and view where were good except the bathroom is really tight.
The bath. It was too small for my frame, and had a weird shaped bottom
which made it all but impossible to stand up and use the shower. I
think it should replaced with a standard shower. Everything else was
first rate.
Liked everthing.
I dont sleep well so when I was awake at night there was nowhere to go
to read without disturbing my husband.
No English news on the television. CNN station was hit and miss.
If you are on an upper floor it can be a bit of a daunting task to carry your luggage up 100-200 large stairs.
The misunderstood conserning the breakfast,- missing something everyday,-.
Leaving!.
be prepared for a long hike up the stairs!.
The absence of an elevator is OK if you are on the 2nd floor, but it becomes a challenge when you have a room on the 4th floor and are past 40.
No elevator.
Wifi could be a lot better. We had to sit in the stairs to get business done.
We could hear easily people in the other room. The staff was kind enough to offer me another room because the hotel at this time of the year was not full. But during the high season (hotel fulled) it could have been a real inconvenient.
Breakfast arrangements were not as advertised and disorganised, its provision on trays in the bedrooms without sufficient chairs or a suitable table was shambolic.
nothing ko.
all its good.
Dark and small room.
Morning staff
No iron.
A little noisey, cold coffee at breakfast.
Breakfast is poor. No english TV channels.
small shower.
No lift but its good to walk and not that high any way. great location.
breakfast was not good.
No elevator.
The first room we were given, where we had to stay one night because the
hotel was full, had a very unpleasant odour, and the WiFi did not work
in the rooms. Fixtures were also a bit worn and depressed looking, so
the overall aspect of the first room was not especially pleasant. We
were moved on our second night to a nicer room and this was more
uplifting. Breakfast on plastic trays was not especially good quality.
timing of breakfast is a little random (one day it was about 30 mins after the time requested, but most days 10-15 mins late)
housekeeping is a bit poor - some days we had a spare toilet roll and soap, others not; after using bathroom plastic glasses on day 1 they were taken away and never replaced, the tea/coffee was never replenished and the sticky side table remained sticky until I wiped it on day 4 and it took 3 days for them to change a lightbulb!!.
Some staff are better at their jobs than others. The door to my room was left open after housekeeping (it was difficult to close, but they should know that). Room (single) was small and drab but that's a single in an old hotel in Rome.
too expensive for sufficient quality.
