Very friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast with wide selection of savoury and sweets. Place had character. Although rather old, the owners made this place really nice and cosy. Simply love it. Very convenient to reach from Roma Termini Station. Also convenient when leaving the luggage after check out and picking it up again to head to the station. And most importantly, this was one of the accommodations we had in Italy that never ever ran out of hot water (very important when travelling in Winter!)
The floors were slightly dusty but other than that, this was among my favourite places during my trip to Italy. Having warm and friendly owners certainly makes a lot of difference.
Location: B& b Oasis is just a short 10 -15 minute walk from Termini Station - - making it so convenient to catch a train from Rome to another city as well. Owner/Staff: Signora Olga, the owner, is one very sweet, genuinely caring lady. Her ability to run this B&B for 17 years (according to her) while charmingly conversing with her guests from different countries and emotionally connecting with many (me included) reflects her exceptional people skills and extraordinary communication capabilities (despite her limited English). Her staff is also consisted of remarkable ladies. Signora Rodega is a very hard working assistant who moves around as fast as Speedy Gonzalez (the fastest mouse in Mexico) …even with her winter-boots on. Another assistant, Signora Rachalé, lavishly and consistently throws her pretty and friendly smiles at the guests while racing with us… >> who gets to say “Buon giorno” first !! When informed of our very early check out (6 AM), Signora Olga offered to prepare for us - - coffee and breakfast the night before. We were more than touched by her kindest hospitality!!! A very accommodative host as well as an extraordinary facilitator, Signora Olga often replied any requests with “No Problem”. I teased that I’d call her Signora “No Problem” instead :) Italian speaking: One of the reasons we selected this B&B was from several previous reviewers' comments that the owner/staff are very fluent in Italian!! Having stayed at this BB Oasis for several more days longer than initially planned, Signora Olga taught me Italian more than Youtube ever did!! Mamma Mia!!! Breakfast with Beethoven: Signora Olga plays beautiful classical Beethoven music in her breakfast room as her guests enjoy their healthy morning meal. A piano in her breakfast room made me want to jump on and play along …..despite my total lack of musical skill!!
Don’t like: …Having to pack and leave…… having to depart from all those four security keys (it was like staying in a fortress - we felt so safe and slept soundly) ….having to hunt for breakfast (on our own) and having to eat with no Bee(thoven)… And >> having to say “good-bye” to Signora “No Problem” and her staff :(

Towels are changed every 3 days, would rather every two. It doesn't have a double bed, instead there are two single beds joined. The surrounding area of Termini is dodgy especially at night.
Easy walking distance to Termini Station and some central attractions. Ambiance of the old building. Small establishment. Friendliness of owner and staff.
We received a warm welcome that continued from the moment we pushed the bell until five days later when we reluctantly left. There was good company and an excellent choice of fresh food at every breakfast. Oasis is an easy walk from the terminali and the metro. There is a laundromat across the road and numerous eating options close by. A very quiet location. We had a large room with the luxury of TWO suitcase stands.

The room we got was big and had everything: a comfy bed, air conditioning and it was quiet, which was very important for us. The host was very nice and warm and the lady that works with her as well - made us feel like we were at home. The place is 5 minutes walking from Termini from where you can take the bus to almost everywhere and you avoid the big loud crowds that you find in touristic places.
The bathroom was getting dirty very easily, but maybe it was because of us. Even so, it was cleaned daily, so that is not a big problem.
Excellent little B&B in a great location by Termini Station. The host was a lovely older lady, and the rest of the staff were great too. I felt like I was staying in her home! Breakfast was really good, and plentiful. Great choice for a cheaper stay in Rome, but make sure you realise it's a B&B and not a hotel... I would stay here again.

Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though she couldn't speak English well. Nevertheless, she made my wife and I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great, which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station. The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the best I had in Italy so far! There was a choice of toast, cereal, bruchetto, cheese, milk, coffee, pastries, juice, and more!
There was no store front. So we had to climb to the 4th and 5th floor where the B&B was located. Seemed like we were in an apartment building where the B&B operated. Nevertheless, the rooms were nice. The bathroom was kind of small and they only provided 1 packet of shampoo. I think they really should provide more items such as soap & shampoo. The Wi-fi connection wasn't strong in the rooms, but was great in the public areas such as the dining room & hall ways.
Location near to Roma Termini hence very convenient for bus /airport bus /metro etc.,the more comfortable room we had during our second stay, very good breakfast ,very kind and helpful owner who provided us with a set of keys after we had checked out ( in the evening we could let ourselves in for luggage pick-up before taking A/P bus)
The stair we had to climb before reaching the elevator, spring beds we slept in during our first stay,cold shower we had during our second stay ( incidental breakdown of hot water system)
Good location, close to termini station which also has all metro lines going through it. 20 min walk to colosseum. Plenty of shops/restaurants around the place. Little old lady running the place was very friendly and helpful and sincerely cared about her guests. Breakfast was good with ham, cheese, eggs along with the usuals. Our wi-fi worked well and was strong even in our room and was free. Good little fridge in the room was a nice touch.
There was a loud and noisy shower pump in the bathroom and would go off using either shower or toilet and shower pressure not that great. This is being picky though and overall it was a great stay and would recommend to any budget conscious traveller.
Olga was very pleasant. Room was comfortable. en suite bathroom was convenient. breakfast was great and offered lots of different teas and coffee. Private Terrace was great. Olga has got the great "motherly" type about her. The way she made the bed was AWESOME! sheets we very tightly folded into bed.
Room could have been a bit bigger. Terrace had great scenary but was a little scary to stand on being so small.

We arrived late, but they were ready to assist without complaint. They arranged for economic transport from the airport.
The "bathroom" was absolutely tiny - total of 1.5 sq. Meters including the shower.
A decent house, in the yard - a green garden with palm trees and fish.Room is pure and simple, the owner friendly. Slightly bothered that the bathroom was at the end of a long corridor, and the room - at the beginning. Well, at that time we were alone in the hotel. Recommend for those who want to save money on accommodation in Rome.
