The aparment was built in the near past and looks good. It has a big balcony.

- loud music from nearby hotels
- Private parking is less places, I often have to park in the public parking lots along the surrounding streets
- change of towels is in 7 days, we recommend more frequent.
Cleaning could be a bit better, especially on the balcony which was absolutely not cleaned.
The sofa bed is not planned for every day use. Very used and uncomfortable, and the suspensions are noisy. For us it was impossible to sleep in it so we decided to put the matrace on the floor, because it was much better that way.
Very few cuttleries.
