The big plus ,staff in all areas were all very polite and helpful. -
The staff were very friendly, and helpful especially the ladies at the reception and the bar tender Pedros. The sea view on the balcony was most relaxing, as was the swimming pool. Although the machines in the gym are not modern, i found it most fulfilling to have a workout there. The breakfast was superbly presented buffet style! Keep it up!

The resort was very nice situated in a quit area.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull, they took the time to tell their guests about the area, local receipts/drinks and we felt very welcome.
The rooms are very nice decorated and had a very pleasant smell the entire stay.

Very nice place, at the beginning when we reserved we were a bit afraid that this place and his staff will be a bit snobbish, instead they are all very friendly and willing to help you and answer to any question you might have.
In the resort there are kind of bungalow and rooms, I guess depends on how many you are and on how much you pay.
The swimming pool is nice and the place is quite.

Best food in the world!! - Wonderful location and spa facilities. Staff were excellent, so friendly, cheerful and helpful. We liked the calm and laidback atmosphere of the hotel, its situation so close to a beautiful beach. In the restaurant, we enjoyed the food and the courtesy of the staff. Staff working there is 5* !!!! Best ever customer service I have ever seen! been treated like I am the most important guest in all resort. Lovely place to stay and relax. Location spotless! Perfect food, perfect drinks, great views. Not far away supermakret and other restaurants although they were colsed in April :P In general I am coming back for sure !!! :) Thank you to all staff ,u made my holidays a pure leasure!!

The room was nice and clean. The spa was beatiful made and relaxin. Also the people working there were helpfull and welcoming. The 90 minutes you got there are enough and it`s also good, that they only let a certain number of people in.
