  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.

  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great. The B&B is conveniently located close to the Vatican and also to the metro/subway, from where the whole of Rome is easily reached. Breakfast is home made, with fresh cakes, good coffee and fruit juices. The B&B has Wifi and every room has TV as well.

  This Hotel is a true gem while in Rome. Location is walking distance from the Vatican. Carlos, the front desk host was extremely helpful. He helped us find information we needed. We had so many questions and he answered them always with a smile.
