  My experience was fantastic. I enjoyed a lot and the owner was very pleasant and well educated. The lodge is beautiful, clean and the design of the house is perfect. The owner take care every detail. There is a tram and bus directly to Colleseu, Vatican and - Don't compare this with a standard hotel and you will enjoy your stay here.Emily is a wonderful host, very courteous and helpful. She prepared a mini-itinerary for us for our stay in Rome. The breakfast is standard continental breakfast with bread, some orange juice, cereal etc and is neatly served in your rooms and the kitchen has the basic facilities. Good connectivity with the city of Rome and Vatican city. Bus and tram stop are 100 meters away. Tram 5 or 14 take you to the Termini station

The location is perfect: pretty district with the architecture of 1930s, the calm place with birds singing in the morning. In the hotel there are only 4 guest rooms and a dining room. Every breakfast time Mr.Ciro, the owner, welcomed guests. Trying to do his best in order to help the visitor on its best way. He helped us a lot during our stay (if it's regarding directions to anywhere, or anything else we needed during our stay) The location of the place is not in the center of the touristic zone (which was in our search, so we enjoyed the quiteness of the neighborhood) and still, the touristic zones as the Vatican was 15 minutes walking, and the farest - the Colusseum was
