  I chose it because my late husband and I had stayed there many times before when we came to Formia, so it was my choice owing to the history I had with it and nice to see the man at the desk was a familiar face.   The Valverde Guest House was a wonderful surprise. We were concerned that the location is outside the town wall, but it is right next to a historic tower and a very short, easy walk to the main town entrance. The owners are exceptionally accommodating, the space is nicely decorated, generous and comfortable, and very quiet for sleeping. There is plenty to see in Tarquin - I was blown away both by the town and by the wonderful accommodation. It felt like walking into a beautiful five star home with lots of extra additions like a beautifully set table with breakfast laid out, water and a bottle of welcoming prosecco in the refrigerator and all the books and regional maps ready to help one get the most out of your stay. I cannot recommend Valverde Guest House highly enough.

  Nice small hotel on the seaside nor far from the airport (appx. 20 euros by taxi). The room was simple but clean. The bathroom with shower was new and equipped with hairdryer, soup, toothpaste and toothbrush. The room had air-conditioning & heating system, TV. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent with a great wine selection and lovely setting. The wi-fi in the hotel was free and good. The hotel was across the road from the public beach which could have been cleaner. There were plenty of beach bars with sunloung facilities which were clean. We were very pleased with our week long stay and would return again.

  We were meet on arrival by Luis and shown around the apartment. The taxi driver had a little difficulty finding the property. It was 60Euro for 5 of us from FCO. The apartment is right on the street, you walk straight into the lounge room. The two bedrooms both had double beds that are on the small side. However we were 2 adults/3 children so... co mówią ludzie » we moved the rolloaway bed from the lounge room into one of the rooms so as we could use the lounge properly and this worked perfectly. The apartmen - apartment is very convenient and comfortable, free internet, close to the metro. Close to the train station, walk in 6 minutes. The owner is very nice and helpful. I really recommend.

  Very friendly staff, helpful and competent. Breakfast rich and good. Position of hotel is good and room was quiet.   Our "room" was in fact a bedroom, a toilet and a big bathroom and as the other room was unoccupied we had the rest of the appartment (a nice kitchen)to ourselves -- luxury.   Inn Urbe is a great place to stay. It's clean, contemporary and comfortable. Great consideration has gone into the design of the B&B and it has everything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the B&B is a real plus. There are some lovely little streets nearby with nice vibe, trendy shops and small good value restaurants. (All near Via Urbano) I - We enjoyed everything about our stay. The whole place was impeccably clean. At the last minute I made arrangements to pick my husband and I up, Barbara answered promptly and we had no problems. Also, very recently there was a transportation strike on the day we were leaving, and Sandra went above and beyond to help us. She even emailed to ensure we made it to our next destination safely. Zero complaints, they were wonderful. The location is right around the corner from everything!

  We stayed for 4 nights in this B&B in their best room. It was very nice and clean, with an orthopedic bed (the mattress with a foam was not worse than my at home). Hotel manager had told he was going to replace windows with PVC double glass packs next week to make sleep even more comfortable. The Underground station (Ottaviano) is in 5 minutes of walkin - Suite exactly as described and was very spacious and romantic. The sound proofing was excellent, both from the busy traffic, and the noise from other rooms. Stayed in three hotels during our Rome trip and this was the most luxury hotel room with such a wonderfully comfortable bed! Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, and there was also a little kitchen which provided tea and coffee making facilities should you fancy a hot drink any time of the day or night.
