  The location was supurb,the staff were wonderful both before and during our stay,and the room on the top floor was very clean with a lovely bathroom.The wrap around terrace with fantastic views of the rooftops was a bonus,as was the free internet and continental breakfast.   A modern clean hotel set just out of town in farmland. Easy drive into Parma. Good breakfast. Easy to find. Good parking. I would definitely use this hotl again - Easy reach from the motorway, nice building, very quiet, large rooms. There is a very good restaurant 2km away, just the other side of the motorway.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Elena thought of everything. We had everything we needed in our rooms. There was a fabulous claw foot tub in the bedroom - really romantic. I know we were in Italy but it felt like we were staying in an amazing french country side farmhouse. Just lovely.
