  Our room was very spacious, all rooms are furnished with nice wooden antique furniture, materrace is very good, bathroom is nice and clean you have hair dryer as well, tv is available in the room as well, all we found in the room was just great!   The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of all the historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola of the church next door. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful, and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room (personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy. Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of access to the historical sites.

  Very nice, comfortable and cozy bed and breakfast. Perfectly located in the city center, 3 blocks from Massimo theater. Stayed here with my parents and partner in the two double rooms near the main door. The rooms are big and have 1(and 2) balconies, which are nice to enjoy during breakfast when it's sunny or in the evening. When I stayed, I was in the suite (2 very nice sized rooms) with 2 balconies. Luca, the proprietor, is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL gentleman. He indeed wants to make your stay a pleasant one. Before I arrived, it seemed that I had countless questions and sent Luca several emails. He always answered promptly and was VERY informative and kind.The B&B is VERY CLEAN and it is in a PERFECT central location

  Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.
