  As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

It's only 5min walk to Mestre railway station. They give you 2-3 huge towels, so no need to carry you own. The shower cabin can be small only if you are obese - otherwise it is perfectly big and there's always hot water. You can even change them every day. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the sheets were clean and soft. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it. The staff were nice, police, fluent in English.

  Bardzo miła obsługa. Wydrukowali mi mapkę Venecji i wszystko wytłumaczyli bardzo łopatologicznie (oczywiście po angielsku). Hotel bardzo nowoczesny choć z zewnątrz nie wygląda.
