  I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains.   Great position to visit Rome, with low price. The boss gave us to come before check-in time, about 10:45. The room was clean, looks new and has enough space if you are all day out and you come in the evening (room with one double bad), Bad is good and new, but not for tall people. They empty a garbage which is helpful. Room has a refrigerator.   Perfect location - 3 minutes walking from the Termini station, 15 minutes from Colosseum. We were here for five nights - and we had a great time. As I said, location is just perfect. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. We were walking all the time and the only time we used public transport was the time we have visited Vatican. Before we arrived we were in contact all the time - he was taking care of everything - when you arrive, if you need a transport - The hotel keeper was very friendly and told us about sights, restaurants etc. The hotel is close to Termini station and the neighbourhood is ok, we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The room size was ok for us (we even had a baby cot there) and there was a water kettle, freeze and safety box in the room, and some breakfast stuff as well. You could darken the room and it was quite quiet, too. The air conditioning (which worked properly) was a big plus! I would definitely stay in FlowerRome again!
