The room was perfect. Modern, comfortable like our own mini apartment in Rome. Vey clean. The bed was excellent. Theres no noise what so ever and where the hotel location is execelent. I was really pleased with everything. I highly recomend this hotel. -

Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the
smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety
box

The hotel was located central to all the sights of Rome that we were interested in visiting: Spanish steps, Palantine Hill, Colosseum, etc. There was a never ending source of restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel. We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European
standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and
very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able
to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza
Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

Just about everything. Extremely helpful staff, especially Kasia, who seemed to be in the reception whenever we needed help - tour bus, taxis, restaurants, etc..

Very nice location for shopping in the heart of the center of Rome, near at Spagna and Popolo. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Near at metro station of Spagna, so you can directly come from Termini station.

Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

It felt like we were staying at our home in Rome rather than a hotel! very specious, stylish and comfortable room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, walking distance to Vatican and St Angelo Castle and city centre is only 15 mins away walking. I would not look for another place to stay when I go back to Rome again.

We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. Our entire stay at Piazza di Spagna Prestige was a marvel. This is a
beautiful boutique hotel, where each of the rooms has its own distinct
character and charm, and they are all classy, harmonious, and
comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna
takes care of any request you might have. Before our visit, I informed
her that we were coming to Rome to get married, and she then upgraded us
to an absolutely gorgeous room to make sure we would get great photos

Location is perfect for a city trip, especially for the ones who come first time like me. From Spanish steps to Vatican, and even to Colloseum, you can walk to all from here.
Modern design of the interior and the rooms gives the feeling of "you are in Rome; where the history and art meets...". Definitely advice here for all.
