  It was absolutely a beautiful villa, beautiful spot on top of the hills of Florence, the walk down to the main area was awesome and not too long, staff excellant, room great. - Lovely quiet area, away from the noise and chaos of Central Rome.   The location was great, a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants for the evening. Access to the city centre was easy on a direct tram only 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very small but the room itself was fine.
