  Location was excellent one block from Termini Station. Staff were all excellent, informative and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rome. Take the bus from airport for 4euros each and leaves you at station one block away. Walk to hotel. It was a small room but very clean and we're only there to sleep. It should be more than a 2 star hotel for sure. At the end of my stay I asked if I come back could a discount perhaps be arranged and the owner said yes! Great stuff.

  it was very central, within seconds of the main train station. staff were very friendly and room cleaned every day and clean towels every day. breakfast was in cafe across the road; very basic but good. - The location was good. It was near the Termini station.

I will recommend it to all my friends and would like to stay here again.

  Very good choice for short stay in Rome. Next to Termini station, Metro stop is about 3min away, breakfast is simple as in most restaurants. That's why it is called Italian breakfast. Mario, the owner once heard that we leave early morning, and bar is not open yet, bought himself and left in the room juices, ham and croussans for us.
