As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  We stayed in the apartment which was really lovely and completely seperate from the b&b. located really close to the Vatican and on top of the 64 bus route to get from the main termini station easily.   This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was perfect in every way!, the view of the Vatican was breathtaking and it was brilliant to be able to sit and watch the local residents go about there daily business... The room and en-suite were per - The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai

  We stayed 4 nights. Had a lovely service from Daniele, who was making and delivering breakfast to the room, always with the smile. Apartments are in good condition. Location is just next door to Vatican museum, 5 minutes to Metro line A, and generally Rome center is not big, you can get easily to any main location by foot.   Design is amazing! Situated just in 5 min walk from St.Peter church. 6 rooms! 2 balcons. Very good service and administrators. We will return back soon. Strongly recomended. :)

  Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture.
